RCM Executive Committee

RCM’s corporate management structure consists of a three person Management Committee. The Management Committee represents all constituents of the firm and is responsible for establishing and implementing RCM’s business strategy as well as reviewing financials and resource allocations. Additionally, the Management Committee reviews the quality of investment products, sales, client services, operational workflows and assesses operational risk on a regular basis.

Biography

joined RCM US in 2003, where he is responsible for the strategic direction and management of the company’s current and long-term business and financial results and is the Chairman of the RCM US Management Committee. He transferred to RCM in 2001 as the Global CEO and co-chairs the RCM Executive Committee. Udo is also a member of the Allianz Global Investors Executive Committee. He joined the Allianz Group in 1994 as Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Allianz Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH. Prior to joining Allianz, he worked for six years at Deutsche Asset Management GmbH, where he was the Head of the Equities Department from 1992-1994. Udo graduated as an Economist (Dipl. – Volkswirt) from the Universities of Berlin and Saarbrücken, Germany in 1982.

 

Peter J Anderson

Biography

joined RCM in 2004. Mr. Anderson is responsible for the direction and management of the San Francisco investment staff. He also participates in the management of RCM through his membership on the firm’s Management Committee. Prior to joining RCM, Mr. Anderson had established a consulting firm working closely with a major hedge fund. Mr. Anderson's career began at American Express Investment Management in San Francisco in 1968 as an analyst and portfolio manager. In 1975, he joined The St. Paul Company where he headed a ten-member equity investment group, as well as running real estate and oil / gas investments. In 1982, he joined IDS / American Express Financial Advisors (AEFA) where he ran the institutional asset management business. In 1990, Mr. Anderson took on responsibility for all equity investments at AEFA. Four years later, he was promoted to Senior Vice President in charge of all equity and fixed income investments. In 1997, Mr. Anderson became CIO of AEFA. In that role, he joined the company’s senior management committee, as well as the board of American Express’ mutual funds. He received his BA from Yale and his MBA from Wharton Graduate School.

Biography

joined RCM in 1996. Bob is responsible for all of RCM's operations and client service functions. He is a member of RCM's Management Committee and RCM Global's Executive Committee. Prior to joining RCM, Bob was an associate at the New York, London and Prague offices of Weil, Gotshal & Manges, where his practice primarily focused on cross-border transactions and general corporate matters. He holds a BA from Hobart College and graduated from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a member of the Brooklyn Law Review.
