joined the Consultant Relations Team with 25 years of experience in financial markets and a thorough knowledge of RCM products, attained while Head of RCM San Francisco’s Product Specialist Group. Jeff joined RCM in 2000 as our first dedicated Small Cap Product Specialist, and later took on responsibility for RCM’s U.S. Large Cap product suite. Jeff served as chair of the Product Development Committee, and has coordinated the efforts of RCM’s 11-member team of Product Specialists located in offices around the world. Jeff came to RCM from Wells Capital Management, where he worked with institutional plan sponsors. Previously, Jeff was Director of Investment Banking with NatWest Markets in Singapore, working with multi-national corporations and governmental organizations. Jeff was the first American selected to be transferred to Westpac Banking Corporation’s head office in Sydney, Australia, and was ultimately promoted to head Westpac’s Global Credit Risk Unit for financial institutions. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in finance and international business from Miami University, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

joined RCM in 2007 and is responsible for developing and managing the firm's relationships with investment consulting organizations. Prior to joining RCM, he was regional vice president of institutional markets at Citizens Advisers. He had broad responsibility for relationship building and client service within a variety of institutional channels, including intermediaries, retirement, consultants, and foundation and endowments. Before joining Citizens Advisers, Brant was a regional vice president within the retirement plan services group at Strong Capital Management where he was responsible for building new and existing relationships with companies and consultants. He also worked at U.S. Bank Corporate Trust Services. Brant earned a B.A. in both financial management and banking and finance from the University of North Dakota. He has the Series 7, 63, and 65 NASD licenses, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

joined RCM in 2002. Kelly is an Consultant Relations Associate with the primary responsibility of working for the firm’s clients, assisting in new business efforts, and developing consultant relationships in the U.S. and Canada. Originally, Kelly joined RCM’s Client Relations and Marketing Group as a member of the Consultant Relations Team, responsible for Request For Proposals and new business development. Prior to joining RCM, he worked for several years with Arthur Andersen as an account executive in their assurance and advisory division. His experience in marketing and client services began with The CIT Group, where he supported their east coast commercial lending sales force. He received a BS in finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Kelly holds the NASD Series 7 and 63 licenses with AGI Distributors LLC.
